I am a NM Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since March 2011. My journey has been one of personal, spiritual and emotional growth. I spent the initial part of my career building my private practice then to further my experience in modalities of the trade. I have instructed students in a variety of massage related courses to include ethics, posture/gait analysis, chair massage, hydrotherapy and communications. I am trained in wholistic kinesiology, Kinesio taping, cupping, and include a variety of techniques for individual treatments. Specialized training includes “First Responder Intervention Specialist Level 1”.

 

My intention is to provide a safe, caring, beneficial treatment for each individual. My mantra is "Don't Forget to Breathe".
